This Mother’s Day, treat mom to decadent bayside brunch at Loews Coronado Bay Resort.
Set inside of the Commodore Ballroom, the resort’s culinary team is preparing a lavish brunch spread featuring freshly baked pastries, brioche French toast, eggs benedict and more breakfast favorites, as well as crab and oyster shooters, made-to-order sushi rolls, seafood paella, roasted salmon with beurre blanc, an assortment of sweet treats and more.
To make the day even more special, guests can pre-order a wrapped or vase floral bouquet from Native Poppy, a woman-owned flower shop in San Diego, for an additional cost. Mimosas, or a bottle of prosecco or champagne are also available to enhance the dining experience.
