An instructor from Silver Age Yoga will lead a yoga program that can be done on a mat or a chair. Silver Age Yoga is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to provide health enhancing yoga classes for seniors.
Although this program is designed for seniors, all ages are welcome. Please bring water and a mat if needed. This program meets on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Carmel Mountain Ranch Library
The Carmel Mountain Ranch Library opened in May 1997. The exterior of the building has exposed steel and sleek lines, with a sitting area and bike racks out front. The library is filled with natural light from an entire end wall of windows and doors. The facility includes a children's computer area, Friends of the Library book store and a 900-square-foot community room.
