Enjoy an unforgettable evening of ocean storytelling and sustainable seafood at Vistal. The night kicks off with tray-passed appetizers and an exclusive 10-minute screening of "Ghosts of the Pacific," a documentary by award-winning filmmaker Mike Raabe. Guests will also enjoy a live demo and Q&A with Raabe and Chula Seafood before indulging in a seasonal four-course dinner by Chef de Cuisine Fabian Aceves.
Menu highlights include White Sea Bass Crudo, Bincho Grilled White Sea Bass with squid risotto, and Sourdough Crusted White Sea Bass Provencal, finished with a Tamai Farms Strawberry Pavlova.
Vistal is a Smart Catch certified restaurant, committed to serving responsibly sourced seafood.
