Join us for a joyful and inclusive Kids Yoga and Movement event!
Designed for children ages 0–12 and their families, this special afternoon offers a playful space for body awareness, mindfulness, and creative expression. The adventure begins with a 30-minute yoga/movement session led by our facilitator Gael, where kids will embark on a fun-filled journey of movement, imagination, and mindful exploration. We will also have a craft station to spark imagination and fun, as well as a sensory station for our younger explorers to discover and engage through hands-on, multi-sensory play.
Bring your own yoga mat and get ready to explore, create, and play together. This event is donation-based, making it accessible for everyone in our community. As we nurture both mind and body, families will enjoy connecting with each other in a welcoming, supportive environment.
