NCIS: North County Improv Squad presents a fun night of improv comedy at OTC’s Studio 219 (219 N Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA), similar to what you’d see on "Whose Line is it Anyway?" Joining NCIS will be Optimus Rhyme, a hip-hop based improv team based in San Diego. Everything is made up completely on the spot based on audience suggestions.
