Meditation on love is very powerful. Buddha taught that love is the supreme method for solving all problems and fulfilling all wishes. If we really want to help our world and heal our lives we need to learn how to develop authentic love. Meditation retreat led by Gen-la Jampa.
Gen-la Jampa is an internationally renowned, ordained Buddhist teacher and the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition - International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU).
Meditation Retreat
Saturday, Aug. 23
9 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.: Session 1
10:45 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Session 2
2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.: Session 3
Light lunch provided across the street at the Rec Center.
