Guests can expect Fresh Roasted Hatch Chiles straight from the grill, street fair favorites like Hatch Burgers, Chicken Sausages, and Roasted Corn, sweet treats like CVT Soft Serve Ice Cream, live vendor demos and tastings from Evolution, Remedy, Zespri, and Melissa’s Produce.

This year, Gelson’s Kitchen will offer an array of ready-to-eat Hatch Chile infused dishes available in-store, including Hatch Mac & Cheese, Hatch Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla, Hatch Chile Super Lump Crab Cakes, Hatch Egg Salad, and Hatch Chile/Grilled Corn/Heirloom Tomato Salad.
