Join the Healthy Adventures Foundation for our Fourth Friday series of health and wellness workshops. This session targets your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints. It is a slow, meditative style; focusing more on the mind-body connections. Poses are traditionally held for 3-5 minutes, which is designed for stretching and lengthen tissues. It teaches participants to breathe through discomfort and sit with their thoughts.
This class is free and open to the public, and there is no need to pre-register.
