About Laughing Together: Comedian, Actor, and Author Chris Gethard is the creative mind behind Laughing Together, a Wellness Together program developed by licensed mental health clinicians and facilitated by professional improv teachers.
The curriculum is grounded in research and clinical best practices, focusing on mental health literacy and skill development. Through improv-based activities, students and educators practice essential skills such as emotional regulation, frustration tolerance, communication, and resilience.
By combining evidence-based design with the creativity of improv, Laughing Together provides a fun, engaging, and effective way to strengthen mental health skills and foster supportive environments.
