She will be joined by Dwight (Kala) Lomayesva, Executive Director of American Indian Recruitment Programs, and Angela Medrano, Esq. on a panel discussing “The Intersection Between Federal Indian Law, Tribal Law and State Law: A Spotlight on Child Welfare & the Intertribal Youth Court.”
