2025 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk at SDSU Mission Valley

For the second consecutive year, San Diego State University is proud to host the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC) Walk. The walk will be held on Sunday, Oct. 19 at SDSU Mission Valley’s river park and Snapdragon Stadium.

Last October, thousands of participants, including survivors, thrivers, caregivers, families and supporters, came together as part of the annual walk.

If interested in joining this year’s walk, register to either form an SDSU team or join an existing team:

   • Click either the “Join a Team” or the “Form a Team” link. 
3. Create an Account, Log In
   
   • If this is your first event with the American Cancer Society, select “create an account.”
   • If you have participated in a past event, log in using your previous username and password.
4. Complete the registration details

SDSU-branded MSABC Shirts on Sale:

Additional opportunities to connect ahead of the Oct. 19 walk are planned and will be shared with our campus community. SDSU branded MSABC T-shirts are also for sale in the SDSU Bookstore and online through shopaztecs.com.

For each SDSU Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt sold until Oct. 31, 2025, 10% of each shirt sold will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
