NAMIWalks San Diego 2026 returns on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at NTC Park in Liberty Station, bringing together more than 2,000 community members to raise awareness and support Mental Health for All. This annual special event, consisting of a non-competitive 1.5-mile walk, supports the free programs and resources offered by NAMI San Diego & Imperial Counties.
The Live Well San Diego Wellness Expo, held in conjunction with NAMIWalks and in partnership with the County of San Diego, provides free community resources and highlights local organizations dedicated to the health and well-being of County residents. The event is appropriate for all ages and features activities for children and families.
Mental health conditions affect one in five U.S. adults. By participating, you help reduce stigma and ensure that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.

NTC Park at Liberty Station
San Diego isn’t just a place, it’s a lifestyle. It’s an active community of sun worshipers, health nuts, yogis, and water enthusiast. The NTC Park is the fabric that weaves throughout all Liberty Station, connecting each district and inviting guests to walk, explore, and learn. NTC Park is owned and managed by the City of San Diego’s Park and Recreation Department. Facilities: Two Tot Lot Playgrounds, One Outdoor Basketball Court, Three Comfort Stations, Four MultiPurpose Fields (Field #1-4), Four Passive Picnic and Special Event Fields (Field B, C, D and I), One Large Special Event Field (Preble Field).
