As California gas prices reach highest mark in four years, the timing couldn’t be better for drivers looking to save at the pump heading into peak travel season.

On Thursday, May 7, Circle K will offer up to 40 cents off each gallon of fuel* from 4 to 7 p.m. local time at participating San Diego locations. Customers can redeem the discount directly at the pump, with Inner Circle members unlocking early access starting at 12:01 a.m.

And the savings don't stop there. May 7 also kicks off Circle K's "Fuel Your Summer" Sweepstakes in honor of America's 250th birthday – giving Inner Circle members a chance to win one of 250 $315 Circle K gift cards, with winners selected weekly through July 4. Simply enter your phone number at the pump when fueling up.

Circle K is also rolling out summer-long deals in celebration of America’s 250^th anniversary, including:

•  $2.50 meal deals (hot dog + drink)
•  $2.50 Budget Car Wash at participating locations
  

And in the spirit of America's 250th, Circle K is giving back to the community all summer long, starting with support of the Children of the Fallen Patriots Foundation – a nonprofit dedicated to providing college scholarships to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty:
