All Are Welcome: Celebrating Accessibility at the Tijuana Estuary

Saturday, June 13, 2026

10 a.m.– 1 p.m.

Tijuana Estuary Visitor Center

301 Caspian Way, Imperial Beach, CA 91932

This free community event will celebrate improved accessibility at the Tijuana Estuary and our ongoing commitment to expanding access to nature for all visitors. Activities will include the launch of a NaviLens wayfinding tour for visitors who are blind or low vision, ASL-interpreted nature walks, a speaker presentation, community partner booths, sensory-friendly resources, and family-friendly activities.

The Visitor Center and surrounding trails are wheelchair accessible. Sensory kits and a restorative space will also be available.

Parking at the Tijuana Estuary Visitor Center is free. Space is first come, first served. Bring water, use sunscreen, and wear closed-toed shoes to enjoy all the estuary has to offer.
