Desert Crossing returns with their audio/visual presentation “US History Through Folk and Rock Music: Songs of Protest 1935–1975" at the Ramona Community Library (1275 Main St.) in the Community Room.
Enjoy live performances by Michael J. Dwyer & Rose Darrough, reliving protest songs from Woody Guthrie, Billie Holiday, Pete Seeger, Merle Travis, John Prine, David Crosby & Graham Nash, and more.
This concert is free and as Desert Crossing is very popular; be sure to arrive early to get a seat!
Most of the library's Saturday concerts start later but note that this one starts earlier at 1 p.m.
