Ballast Point is bringing back its popular Chef Series Beer Dinner to the Little Italy tasting room on Thursday, August 20 at 6:30 p.m., featuring a multi-course menu from Chefs Alex Diaz and Marcel Childress paired with a lineup of Ballast Point brews.
The evening kicks off with welcome bites alongside Juicy Hazy IPA before moving into a Summer Salad paired with a barrel-aged Belgian sour. Guests will then enjoy Pork Tenderloin matched with Rye IPA, followed by Chocolate Bread Pudding served with a dark Czech premium lager.
Tickets are $65 per person and include all courses and beer pairings; tax and gratuity are not included. Reservations are available via Eventbrite.
