Valle's Cincoañera

Join Chef Roberto Alcocer and guest Chef Andrew Bachelier for Valle’s Cincoañera, celebrating five years of Valle, friendship, food and the journey that brought us here.

For this one-night-only dinner, Valle welcomes Chef, friend, fellow and master mind Chef Bachelier, chef and owner of Atelier Manna and Chick N’ Hawk. Known for his deeply personal approach to cooking, Andrew created Atelier Manna as a place for community, nourishment and creative expression, making him a fitting partner for a night that celebrates both where Valle has been and where it is going.

Together, Roberto and Andrew will create a special multi-course tasting menu shaped by their individual culinary perspectives, shared Southern California roots and a spirit of creative freedom with the optional pairing with wines from Valle de Gudalupe and Reserva de la Familia Tequila.
