Bring your dog—or come without one—and help Labs and More give rescued dogs a second chance at the 13th Annual Howl-O-Ween Mutt Run/Walk on Saturday, October 24!
The family-friendly morning features a 5K run/walk, a sponsored beer garden and plenty of Halloween fun. People and pups are encouraged to come in costume and join the costume parade and contest. A Labs and More adoption event will also feature dogs looking for forever homes, with same-day adoptions available.
Since 2011, volunteer-led Labs and More has rescued more than 17,000 dogs. The organization rescues approximately 900 dogs each year, and veterinary and medical care is its largest expense. Proceeds from the Mutt Run help provide lifesaving care for dogs in need.
Race-day check-in begins at 7:30 a.m.; the 5K starts at 8:30 a.m.; and the adoption event runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
