This 6-session online course is a deep dive into the Compassion Practice, a meditative and mindfulness practice for cultivating compassion for yourself and others. Together, we will hone our ability to understand the internal experiences of others and offer compassionate action to ease their pain and promote their flourishing, while promoting our own flourishing too.
Led by certified Compassion Practice facilitators Dale Suggs and Shelly Suggs. The founder of the Compassion Practice, Dr. Frank Rogers, Jr., will lead a meditative practice in the first session as well.
Please note that Cultivating Compassion Levels 1 and 2 must be completed in order to participate in Level 3.
