John Pizzarelli, the GRAMMY®-winning guitarist and vocalist, honors Tony Bennett’s centennial with a heartfelt tribute rooted in his family’s long connection to the legendary singer. His father, Bucky Pizzarelli, frequently performed with Bennett, and John later joined the icon for a memorable radio session. Bennett often attended Pizzarelli’s shows and even sketched him—one drawing now appears on his album cover Dear Mr. Bennett.
John Pizzarelli has been hailed by the Boston Globe for “reinvigorating the Great American Songbook and re-popularizing jazz.” The John Pizzarelli Trio is celebrated for its chemistry and versatility and brings warmth and swing to this celebration of Bennett’s enduring artistry.

The Baker-Baum Concert Hall is an intimate performance space with superb acoustics ideally suited for chamber music and classical recitals. In addition, its design incorporates state-of-the-art technology and adjustable acoustics, making it a world class space for amplified concerts, film, dance, theatre, lectures, and more. A wooden grillage frames the elegant curvature to the seating area creating a shape reminiscent of a European opera house. Outside this framework, lighting washes the walls in color to create a sense of space beyond.
