La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club Hosts Rod Laver Junior Challenge Finals

Calling all San Diegans and tennis enthusiasts! The La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, located in the heart of La Jolla Shores, is set to host the prestigious IC Rod Laver Junior Tennis World Finals, scheduled for November 7 through November 11, 2023.

This world renowned tennis competition will feature junior tennis talent from around the world, representing the following countries: Argentina, Italy, South Africa, India, Great Britain, and the United States. Each team is made up of two boys and two girls under 16, accompanied by their dedicated coaches.

The tournament will feature spirited team matches, including boys' and girls' singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Utilizing a round-robin format, each team will play five matches, with the team boasting the best overall record crowned as the champion.
