Cozy up with the one you love with an intimate dinner at Bar Traza on Valentine’s Day weekend. Executive Chef Adam Solowitz has prepared a special prix fixe menu showcasing sweet, handpicked Carlsbad strawberries.
Our four course Valentine's Day menu includes:
• Strawberry Gazpacho Shooter – Champagne caviar, lemon lace.
• Brûlée’d Ricotta – Carlsbad strawberry, balsamic glaze, fig, anise crisp, hazelnut crumb.
• Land & Sea – 6 oz filet, 65-degree yolk, black truffle, strawberry compound butter, gulf shrimp, and smoked acorn squash puree, chanterelle mushroom.
• Heartfelt – Flourless chocolate cake, carlsbad strawberry mousse.
Make it a date night! Childcare is available through Kidtopia Night Camp from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for guests with confirmed dinner reservations. Price is $20 for the first child, $10 per additional child, per hour. Reservations must be made directly through Kidtopia by calling (760) 931-7543.
