Join us poolside this Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for our annual pop-up barbecue hut, Sizzle and Smoke!
Enjoy gourmet handheld delights like smoked brisket grilled cheese, pulled pork sandwiches, and loaded wagyu hot dogs along with sides like smoked Gouda mac and cheese and burrata pasta salad. Our Agave Bar & Grill will also be offering its full menu, including refreshing signature margaritas, gelato cups, tacos and, our summer special, Pineapple SPLASH! Dole Whip.

*All guests must have a valid wristband to attend.*
Hotel guests will receive a wristband upon arrival and non-hotel guests must purchase a pass through ResortPass.
