Street photography is about showing people your world, through your eyes. Using a DSLR, you’ll learn techniques street photographers use to capture the moments, objects, and people that they see. Then, you’ll put your new skills into practice as you hit the streets with your camera.

For students in 6th-8th grade.

The La Jolla Historical Society is dedicated to the discovery, collection and preservation of La Jolla's heritage. Through their collections, programs and advocacy, they carry out their mission by: -Discovering, recording and sharing La Jolla's history. -Preserving La Jolla's historical objects, sites and structures. -Increasing community awareness of the value of our heritage. The La Jolla Historical Society collects materials in a wide range of formats and media, including books, newspapers, magazines, maps, printed ephemera, manuscripts, scrapbooks and architectural drawings. The La Jolla Historical Society is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
