San Diego Potters Guild is a juried membership of thirty-nine clay artists who staff the Guild. Themed shows rotate throughout the year in the center gallery, other areas display member work often refreshed. Unique Holiday Gifts celebrates this time of year with a wide range of ceramics including amazing cups and mugs, finely crafted colorful bowls and vases, crystal and soda fired pieces and handsome sculpted work, art for the table and home.
Open daily except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
San Diego Potters' Guild
The San Diego Potters' Guild facilities include several electric wheels, an electric kiln, a gas kiln and the gallery. The gallery displays both utilitarian and sculptural works, which are made either on the wheel, or are hand-built. Classes are currently taught at the Guild by two members, Elizabeth Woolrych and Doug Snider. The San Diego Potters' Guild is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Our address is: Studio 29, Spanish Village, Balboa Park, San Diego, CA 92101.
