San Diego Catholic Diocese Files for Bankruptcy
Tom Fudge: Yesterday, the San Diego Catholic Diocese became the biggest diocese in the country to file for bankruptcy. And it gives the bankruptcy court a fair amount to say about how the priest abuses cases will be handled.
