Tom Fudge: Jake Peavy pitched seven shutout innings and drove in two runs in yesterday's Padres game. It was a good way to start the season, and it provided more proof that the Pads are lucky to have Jake, who was last year's Cy Young Award winner. But what about the rest of the team? How do the 2008 Padres stack up against past teams and the current competition? That's one question I'll put to Hacksaw Hamilton.
