A true global ambassador for peace, good will and understanding, Yanni is one of the most recognizable composer/performers of our time. With more than 40 platinum and gold albums and sales totaling over 25 million copies to his credit, the artist has amazed millions on every continent with his live shows, including at the Acropolis in Greece, the Taj Mahal in India, the Forbidden City in China and Royal Albert Hall in England.
More than two years in the making, "Yanni: World Without Borders" is a unique behind-the-scenes look at Yanni and his orchestra as they perform throughout the world. With new songs as well as fan favorites, "Yanni: World Without Borders" premiered on PBS stations in May 2014. Performing concerts in more than two dozen countries—including China, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Russia, Bahrain, Israel, Ukraine, Romania, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Puerto Rico, Oman, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, Belarus, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Hungary, Panama, U.S.A. and Lebanon—Yanni interacts with and learns from the world’s diverse cultures.
"Yanni: World Without Borders" features these performances: “Deliverance,” “Santorini,” "Keys to Imagination,” “Standing in Motion,” “Nostalgia,” “The Storm” and “Niki Nana” (Global Edition).
Yanni continues to cross cultural borders with his album, "INSPIRATO" – The Masterpiece Album, on Sony Music Masterworks.
