The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped Monday for the 19th time in 20 days, decreasing six-tenths of a cent to $3.704.
The average price has dropped 13.4 cents over the past 20 days, including six-tenths of a cent on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 6.6 cents less than one week ago and 13.8 cents lower than one month ago, but 42.8 cents more than one year ago. It has risen 58.2 cents since the start of the year.
