U.S. Agrees to Timetable for Iraqi Self-Rule

Iraqi officials announce a new agreement with U.S. administrator Paul Bremer that calls for an end to U.S. occupation of the country by June 2004. Meanwhile, two U.S. Black Hawk helicopters crash in Iraq's northern city of Mosul, killing 17 soldiers. Witnesses say the helicopters collided in midair. NPR's Ivan Watson reports from Baghdad.
