Car Bombs Kill At Least Eight in Iraq

Less than 24 hours after news of Saddam Hussein's capture touched off celebrations in Baghdad, car bombings target two police stations in and near Baghdad. At least eight Iraqis are dead, and more than a dozen others wounded. Meanwhile, members of Iraq's governing council say Saddam should face a war crimes tribunal based in that country.
