Damage But No Deaths in Yucatan State Capital

The state of Quintana Roo is the area of Mexico hit hardest by Hurricane Dean so far. Gov. Felix Gonzalez Canto says that in the state capital, Chetumal, primary damage is to public services, such as electricity and phone lines.

He said that by midday, he had heard no reports of deaths, but authorities had not yet toured the coast where the hurricane hit land.

Gonzalez Canto talks with Robert Siegel.
