Are Iran War Rumblings Muting Moderate Voices?

Whether it's psychological warfare or the threat of real warfare, the Bush administration appears to be increasingly talking about military action against Iran.

Now, there's nothing but confusion in Tehran, with Iran's chief nuclear negotiator being replaced and suggestions that more moderate voices in Iran are desperate to talk to the Bush administration but can't find anyone to talk with.
