Iraq War Veteran Diagnosed With PTSD Called Liar by Army

Like so many of his fellow soldiers, Staff Sgt. Francisco Carrillo Jr., who earned aValorous Unit Award in 2005, says the things he saw and did in Iraq shattered his psyche and left him with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). And eight doctors have reportedly confirmed this diagnosis. Nevertheless, the Army is calling the Chico veteran a liar, and accusing him of faking his PTSD symptoms just so he can collect money.
