Melissa Block talks with Ben Berman, a pilot and former Chief of Major Investigations at the National Transportation Safety Board. He says that the NTSB will try to understand the human elements that may have caused the pilots of ComAir Flight 5191 to attempt to take off on the wrong runway.
The plane crashed shortly afterward, killing 49 of the 50 people on board. Berman explains that human factors will be an important part of the investigation.
