Will he, or won't he? Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says he'll just keep us in suspense about whether he'll concede, should he lose the election to his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton. Should we be worried?

The third and final presidential debate was an interesting capper to this year's bizarre election. During the course of the debate, the candidates characterized each other as nasty and whiny. Have at it, voters!

Congressional races

The contentious presidential election, coupled with changing demographics, could have a profound effect on some of the down-ballot races.

In particular, longtime Republican Cong. Darrel Issa is in tough battle with political newcomer Doug Applegate. Issa's support of Trump, and his tendency to vote strictly with the GOP, could hurt him this time around.

While Democratic Cong. Scott Peters, who says he'd never be part of a "partisan army," seems to be cruising to re-election.

State propositions
