  • Join us on sacred ground at Singing Hills Memorial Park, where we gather gently among the stillness to slow down, turn inward, and listen to the quiet wisdom of our bodies. In a world that often asks us to move quickly past discomfort, this practice offers something different. Somatic movement is a gentle, mindful approach that brings attention to internal physical sensations. Through slow, conscious movement, we begin to unwind patterns of holding, release chronic tension, ease pain, improve mobility, and soften the nervous system. Guided by Kelly Lazzara of Somatic Movement Space, this session is open to all bodies. No experience is needed, only a willingness to arrive as you are. Learn to activate and support your body's own natural abilities to self-learn and self-develop by allowing for gentle movement inspired from within. A practical training for dialoguing with sensation within open qualities of perception. At The Death Network, we hold the belief that grief is not something to solve, but something to live with and integrate. Alongside therapy and traditional support spaces, embodied and creative practices can open new pathways for processing what words often cannot touch. Nestled in the quiet foothills of El Cajon, the cemetery offers a unique container for this work. Surrounded by remembrance, ancestry, and the natural rhythms of life and death, we are invited into reflection, presence, and a deeper connection with ourselves. This event is free to attend, suggested donation $0 -$15 Venmo: @thedeathnetwork (your donation helps keep our events accessible to all!)
