Organized by a collaboration of community arts organizations, The Backfence Society and The Vista Art Foundation, this free-to-attend, nonprofit community festival focuses on art appreciation and diversity among the San Diego and Los Angeles Art Communities, showcasing local, regional, and emerging artists.
