And skilled artists can learn something new too. Learn secrets and main techniques of working with Epoxy and create your own serving Ocean tray.   • The 2nd Annual Pacific Rim Park Friendship Walk, hosted by the Ilan-Lael Foundation, is set to take place on November 19 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Shoreline Park on Shelter Island, celebrating cultural diversity, environmental conservation, and the Pacific Rim Park Project. This year's event takes on added significance as the foundation prepares for their participation in the World Design Capital 2024, focusing on the vibrant San Diego-Tijuana region as a cultural crossroads. Carlos de la Mora, CEO of the World Design Capital 2024, will be giving a short presentation at the end of the walk to discuss the year-long celebration of the San Diego and Tijuana region.
