  • After an 18-month COVID hiatus, Oceanside Theatre Company (OTC), the resident professional theater company at the historic Brooks Theater, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside (BGCO) will resume their Youth Theater Arts partnership to produce Shrek!
