The Friends of the Encinitas Library has commissioned a new mural by local artist Kevin Anderson to adorn an interior wall of the library. The 10’ X 14’ untitled mural is part of a larger effort to bring additional elements of the Encinitas environment into the library experience for all visitors. The artist will bring the mural to life during the library’s regular operating hours, allowing the public a first-hand opportunity to observe an artist at work.
