The Rhoades School’s Girl Rising Club – a middle school girls-led club that works to raise money to give girls across Guatemala, Bangladesh, and the Philippines access to education – is inviting the wider community to attend their cultural bazaar on April 24 from 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. located at 910 Encinitas Blvd, Encinitas. This event is FREE to the public (no ticket required) and will feature students’ handmade crafts, jewelry, food and baked goods, and a raffle with prizes from local businesses like Cinepolis and Aloha that are available to purchase to support girls’ education worldwide.
