Join Jennifer Butler, Yoga Therapist & Yoga/Pilates Instructor, every Thursday at 6 p.m. for an evening for a harmonizing & grounding Sunset Beach Yoga-Pilates Fuison class to unwind from the day in nature to tranquil & healing sounds of the ocean. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views as you deepen in serenity & ground yourself by digging your toes into the sand while breathing in the nourishing fresh ocean air. * All levels class, no experience needed * Yoga Fusion is a fun upbeat class combining elements of Pilates Mat with Yoga (hatha/vinyasa) flow sequences for a total body workout style with a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. The class will close with a guided meditation & relaxing sound bath savasana. Each class is designed with a combinations of breath work & movement to increase strength, flexibility & balance leaving you mentally and physically refreshed & nourished.
