This event is free and open to the public, with seating offered on a first-come, first-served basis.   • A Taste of Croatia Comes to Garibaldi’s Mediterranean Dinner Series, March 20-22 Details: Garibaldi, the rooftop coastal‑Mediterranean restaurant at the InterContinental San Diego, is turning its monthly Mediterranean dinner series toward its next sun‑soaked destination: Croatia. Each month, the series highlights a different corner of the Mediterranean, inviting guests to explore regional flavors through a curated, transportive menu. From Friday, March 20 to Sunday, March 22, Executive Chef Franck Tasic brings the Adriatic coast to life through a menu of bright, flavorful dishes and rustic regional specialties, with an optional Croatian wine pairing to complete the experience. Offerings include Fuži s Tartufima (Homemade Istrian fuži pasta with black truffle butter sauce), Pečeni Brancin (Grilled branzino with potato & swiss chard, fennel pollen, and Istrian salsa verde), and Knedle sa Šljivama (Plum dumplings with vanilla gelato and slivovitz plum coulis). Garibaldi’s Croatian Dinner is priced at $65 per person, with an optional wine pairing tailored to each course for an additional $35.
