  • What will you invite into your life in 2025? Join our Vision Board Workshop and let’s find out! A vision board is a tool to help connect you to your desires, guide your intentions and create a visual manifestation of all the good things you welcome into your life. Unlike setting goals or making resolutions, the process of creating a vision board helps bring subconscious wishes to the conscious level, and helps connect you with heart’s desires. Our workshop starts with a guided meditation/writing exercise. Then we’ll create a visual collage of words and images. The process feels a lot like play, and some of what appears may surprise you! The poster you make can help keep your intentions at the forefront throughout the coming year. Don’t worry if you’ve new to vision boards or haven’t made one before. We’ll provide all the materials and encouragement you need. Do feel free to bring a picture of yourself, or other meaningful images, if you’d like to incorporate them on your board. Also bring any magazines you’d like to donate, and a journal for writing. Everything else will be supplied. We’ll also leave time to share what we discovered during the process. Disclaimers: Please be advised that it is best to register at least a week before the start of a class to help our instructors prepare and ensure that it does not get canceled or rescheduled. Policies regarding registration, refunds, cancellations, etc. can be found on our policies page.
