Imaginations go wild as the Brooks Theater Gallery explores all things science fiction! This exhibit looks at the history of toy trains through the decades, starting with the late 1800s and into the modern era. It features some of the oldest trains in the museum's collections. The exhibit also explores the reason we run trains around the Christmas tree. This year, we will display Department 56 buildings from our collection as well. Santa and the North Pole Limited are Arriving at the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum Once onboard PSRM's North Pole Limited excursion ride, prepare to be enchanted! Our jolly elf crew will entertain you with holiday sing-alongs, festive stories, and delicious hot chocolate and cookies. As the train winds through the breathtaking backcountry, keep your eyes peeled for the North Pole, where we’ll pick up Santa and his lovely Mrs. Claus!
