Join us for a delightful afternoon of music for clarinet and piano including works from the Baroque through Romantic eras and beyond. A native of Russia, Vladimir Goltsman was trained at the Gnessin Music Institute of Moscow, where he studied with with the renowned Maestro, Professor Ivan Mozgovenko. He was a soloist for the Theater of Experimental Music in Moscow and a member of the Soloist Ensemble of “Moscow Sinfonieta.” He performed as soloist and principal clarinet of the Orquestra de Baja California, Mexico and with the San Diego Chamber Orchestra. Miramar Ranch Library Center is located at 10301 Scripps Lake Drive. It should be noted that due to a parking lot expansion project, onsite parking is currently somewhat limited. Overflow parking is available on Meanley Drive off Scripps Ranch Blvd., from which the library can be easily accessed via a scenic, paved walkway (map and directions: www.srfol.org/lib-loc-hours.htm).
