Our 2024 theme is 'Planting Animals’, highlighting the ties between native plants and the animals that rely on them. Planting California natives is the starting point for the web of life connected to our gardens. This includes us too! We are also featuring the gardens of three visionaries: Dennis & Pamela Mudd and Jim Smith. Together they created Calscape, a must-have online tool for the home gardener. Second Tuesday Explorations is a monthly gathering of creative writers that fosters support, inspiration, and community. Second Tuesday is a generative meeting. New topics for each session will challenge writers to explore and expand their craft. Generative writing prompts will encourage you to grow and learn in exciting new ways.
