  • Nike's N7 is a product line created to uplift Indigenous athletes and ensure the next generation of Native youth see themselves represented in sport and culture, and it's been built on authentic, community-first relationships with Native American and Indigenous communities for more than 25 years. The name itself carries meaning: the "N" stands for both Nike and Native. Nike's summer '26 N7 Collection features soccer-inspired sportswear with the N7 logo, reflecting Nike's continued commitment to uplifting Indigenous athletes. The soccer-inspired collection celebrates Indigenous heritage on and off the pitch. The collection includes a soccer jersey, shorts, and custom colorways of the Gato N7 and P-6000 N7 footwear in shades inspired by the natural beauty of the Southwest. Native Star in the Gaslamp Quarter is one of the first Native-owned retail storefronts in the country to carry the Nike N7 brand. The summer '26 N7 apparel and shoes will be released on June 19 and will only be available until supplies last! San Diego is home to 18 federally recognized tribal reservations and has the largest number of tribal governments in the United States, with the Kumeyaay being the original inhabitants. There is no other city in the country more impacted by Native Americans, making San Diego the perfect place for this launch through a Native-owned business in the Gaslamp.

  • Sound artist Marguerite Brown opens the evening with an exploration of the electric guitar as a celestial body, using planetary tuning forks, custom hardware, and extended performance techniques to reveal new resonances and cosmic frequencies. Her work invites listeners to consider sound as both vibration and matter, connecting the earthly and the astronomical. Following Brown, the bi-coastal quartet MOONS —Judith Berkson, Laura Cetilia, Katie Porter, and Christine Tavolacci — presents a set of new compositions born from years of collaboration in experimental music. Their performances traverse chamber textures, electroacoustic landscapes, and subtle improvisations, creating music that is intimate, exploratory, and richly detailed. Together, Brown and MOONS offer an evening that bridges the cosmic and the deeply intimate. Project [BLANK] on Facebook / Instagram
