Shelter to Soldier is excited to announce its Inaugural Salute to Paws 5K and Gratitude Festival for Dogs on Saturday, November 16, at Naval Training Center (NTC) Park in Liberty Station (2455 Cushing Rd, San Diego, CA 92106). This fun-filled event aims to raise funds for Shelter to Soldier’s life-changing programs, which rescue dogs from local shelters and train them to become service animals for post-9/11 veterans suffering from PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Military Sexual Trauma, and other injuries associated with traumatic service experiences. Join Shelter to Soldier in their mission of “Saving Lives, Two at a Time,” with a morning of fitness, gratitude, and family fun, with or without your four-legged family members.
